Tasked with turning hollow (sealed) beer cans into working taps for mass distribution. Aiming to keep each can at one pound each, while maintaining structural integrity.
Cut from bamboo with bowling pin shaped router work. These tap handles were then finished with the vinyl application of The Dude's Bowling pin followed by a polyurethane finish.
Beer tasters CNC cut from 1" bamboo. Hand routered and sanded edges. Laser engraved logo with red acrylic inlays, clear coated with gloss polyurethane.
Made from salvaged wood which was sanded to shape, glued together and sandblasted. holes were laster drilled for the neon and the project was completed with the transformer housing box, stain and decorative moss.
Constructed shelves made from 3/4" plywood, and 1/4" cedar. Stained and clear coated with a glow polyurethane. Decorative moss added to match the rustic open sign.
Hand panted redwood forest silhouette over gunstock stain. Later commissioned to become a bench to match.
